Kids Cooking Classes

Kids Cooking Classes

Hands-on cooking and nutrition education curriculum for young people ages 7 through 15.  Kitchen Skills Classes introduce youth to the pleasures of preparing and enjoying "real food" that is both nutritious and delicious - an essential step toward health and well-being.  In class, we will learn the foundations of Culinary Arts which include; how to make healthy easy snacks, basic cooking skills, the joy of eating, cooking with fresh fruits and vegetables, and how to be a productive family member.

To be successful at Baking, it's important to have a basic understanding of how baking ingredients function and how they react to each other. Food Adventures Baking Classes teaches students the knowledge of the principles and processes of baking; that results in students with the ability to follow and create their baking recipes.
